Overview of Classes

Rawn B Fitness offers BootCamp classes, Saturday's at 8am and Sunday's at 10am.  All are welcome from beginner to advanced. Classes incorporate dumbells, kettlebells, battle ropes, rowers, air bikes, treadmills and much more. Your form and safety are a priority. Classes are fun and challenging and sure to give you a great workout.
